We don't cut corners in anything that comes out of our kitchen. Be it the oil we use for cooking (we only use Peanut oil) or the spices that go into our cooking (we source raw quality spices from India and grind them here in USA).

If you are in the NJ tri-state area, we would love to host you in our two restaurant locations (Iselin - Oak Tree Road and Voorhees in South Jersey). Our Oak Tree road location is open 7 days a week for walk-ins, where as our Voorhees location is open Tue-Sun every week for walk-ins!

My husband is from Nagpur and he loves Saoji. He was looking for Saoji masala so I can cook for him.Just randomly googling, he came across Nagpuri Saoji in New Jersey. We were little apprehensive as we live in Texas ,so like how it will be shipped, whether it will get spoiled by the time it arrives to me and who knows what the taste will be.But I must say, we are very impressed and the it tastes same as Saoji from Nagpur.
The quantity also is more than sufficient, worth the money .Will definitely order again and will ask my family to order too.

Born and raised in Nagpur, the geographical center of India, we grew up relishing Varhadi cuisine, in and around Central India. We have always longed for that authentic cuisine here in the States, and this desire led us to start preparing some of our favorite recipes.
Saoji cuisine is native to the weaver community of central India. It is known for its hot and spicy non-vegetarian delicacies. It took us a couple of years to recreate the taste, and our friends helped us fine tune it.
We aim to bring back the old world cooking styles, and serve up fresh cooked food to your doorsteps, without compromising on quality.
